Project
Rock Catchment in Tanzania
When rocks become sources of life. Something special is currently being created in the Babati District. Huge rock formations are becoming natural water reservoirs that capture rainwater and direct it to the surrounding communities. A nature-based solution that enables cleaner drinking water for hundreds of families. This project demonstrates how much is possible when humans and nature work together.

Project
WASH'n'soul in Zambia
Zambia connects growth, creativity, and significant challenges in everyday life. Particularly in the peri-urban areas around Lusaka, schools and families struggle with unreliable water supplies. Sometimes water flows, sometimes it does not. Power outages, rationing, and limited resources make daily life unpredictable. And it is at this point that the work of Viva con Agua begins: where water is lacking and the future is at a standstill. With the WASH’n’soul project, Viva con Agua, together with BORDA Zambia, strengthens water, sanitation, and hygiene at schools in peri-urban areas around Lusaka. The approach is holistic. It combines infrastructure, hygiene knowledge, menstrual health, and local responsibility structures.

Project
All4Wash in Uganda
Uganda is a country full of young energy and great hope. At the same time, many schools still lack secure access to clean drinking water, toilets, and basic hygiene. This is exactly where our work comes in. Since 2023, Viva con Agua has been strengthening schools in Uganda with the ALL4WASH in Schools program: clean water, safe sanitation facilities, and effective hygiene training. Several schools are already benefiting, over 150 teachers have been trained, and we are continuing our efforts. In total, we are supporting 20 schools and reaching around 16,000 children. Every installation, every training, and every drop creates new opportunities for a future that begins more easily.
